Vintage Brown Teddy Bear Large 24" Black Hard Nose 08/18/2010------ I would have happily accepted a return. Have no idea why the bear was considered "unusable" but would have been happy to refund. ************Have never received my order by 5/17/11. My credit card was charged on 4/14/11. Not happy with eCrat White Plush Bunny Porcelain Face Doll 13" 05/17/2011---------------- This buyer used a different email address than their normal one & did not receive the refund notice I sent because the dolls face cracked. After seeing the neg I sent a copy of the refund sent. Was finally contacted from buyers ACTUAL email address & told her I sent all this info to the email she had on file. Never heard a word back. ********************I have tried to contact seller and NO RESPONSE!!! Gund Curious George Monkey Plush 1992 13" 12/14/2011 This buyer wanted to return because the item was to small (size mention at least twice in listing). I didn't see the email right away & impatient buyer left negative feedback.------------------------------------ ************************not what I thought I was getting. First & Main Praying Sleepytime Bear Pink Lovey 01/13/2012--------------------------------------------- I'm not really sure why that's my fault. Item was exactly as described. ***********************Bear had a smudge on it - didnt' appear NEW- Build A Bear Rainbow Smallfrys Teddy bear Plush 7" 03/02/2012 -------------------------------Bear was never stated as new or even like new. **************************I never received the product & the seller does not reply to emails. I do not recommend. Russ Baby Sunshine Mother & Baby Duck Plush Lovey 03/28/2012------------------------------------------- I replied to her emails & the duck was sent. Unfortunately the tracking didn't update & buyer did chargeback so got money & free duck. ***********************************would be nice if we were sent an email or some contact in regards to when items are dispatched. Little Darlins Pink Baby Doll 20" 1994 Well Made T 06/11/2012--------------------------------- Very valid point & I am trying to be better about remembering to do this. **************************Ordered item but it got lost in the mail so never recieved it and so got credited for blanket. NEW Tadpoles Baby Pink & Lavender Bear Lovey Blank 08/31/2012------------------------------------- This item was lost & this buyer had every reason to be upset. I tried to work with the post office to find the blanket to no avail. *****************************Did not receive my item yet. Healthtex Boys Baby Blanket Farm Animals Block Blu 10/15/2012--------------------------Blanket was received by buyer-----Delivered October 18, 2012, 12:24 pm WILLIS, TX 77318**********************Wouldnt even respond to order until I had google contact her, took one week to get a response.. neve---This buyer requested a cancellation. Obviously a little off since they never contacted prior to asking to cancel. It had been less than a week since order placed & they were irate they hadn't received. Can't please everyone.
